What I Offer
I have over 25 years experience as a Mental Health Nurse in the NHS and a Professional Yoga Therapist. I am currently training to be an Integrative Psychotherapist……watch this space!
I use a combination of talking and somatic therapies (mindfulness, breath work, sound, movement, touch) to support you to find your innate wholeness that’s waiting to be re-discovered!
I have a curious and compassionate approach, together we will explore how to turn towards wholeness, to live life with a greater sense of ease.
I have experience of working with a wide range of challenges including stress, grief, trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, down to earth and each session is tailored to individual’s needs and personality.

How it Works
My approach is client-centred and each session is unique to each persons needs and personality.
Traditional medical methods often reduce us to separate parts, yet we are one mind-body system. When this mind-body system is healthy we feel whole and at ease.
There is a wealth of mind-body research emerging that evidences the many benefits of including body based (somatic, embodied) as a holistic therapy.
