About my yoga classes
I have a supportive approach to teaching, encouraging you to connect and listen to the wisdom of your body. By focussing on an awareness of your body you will find a nourishing practice that works with your unique body and that will leave you feeling grounded and at ease.
In each class we will explore a flow of asana (postures / shapes) using both strong and subtle movements, weaving breath and mindfulness into the practice. We will explore stillness and grounding using a variety of breath-work and relaxation practices.
This combination balances your nervous system, nourishing and restoring your entire body-mind. You will leave feeling a deeper sense of calm, to carry with you off your mat and into into life.
Online weekly class times / On Zoom
Mondays - 10 - 11:15am Christmas break on 23rd and 30th December
Investment - £10 drop in - £48 x 6 (12 weeks to use).
