I spent over two decades working in the NHS, supporting people using therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, BSF.
Over the years, I learned that while these methods are powerful, true healing often comes when we also include the body, mind, heart and spirit.
In my thirties, my own life took several unexpected turns, including a health diagnosis, divorce, bereavement, and the experience of childlessness. These challenges ultimately led me to psychotherapy and yoga, where I discovered deep personal healing and transformation. That journey inspired me to retrain — first as a yoga teacher, then a yoga therapist, and finally a psychotherapist.
Today, I bring together everything I’ve learned to offer a rich, holistic, and compassionate approach to psychotherapy. My work is grounded, heart-led, and always tailored to you as a whole person.
I now live by the beautiful Devon coast with my apricot (ginger!) cockapoo, Dotty. You’ll often find us walking the cliffs, swimming in the sea, or exploring new paths through the countryside.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
