Making time and space to relax and unwind is essential for our wellbeing. There are so many potential benefits: improving sleep, lifting mood, increasing energy levels, reducing worry and anxiety, pain management, boosting immune health, improving digestion and so much more. 

In this practice we will explore, breath work, meditation and Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga - queen of relaxation practices!) When we have tools to relax we find more resilience in life.

Winter Retreat day in Bristol

Winter retreat day - In person!

I am so excited to offer an IN-PERSON event in Bristol - Life is busy and taking time to pause, connect and reset is essential for health and wellbeing. Yoga provides many practices to support living life with more awareness & ease.

I will be joined by Travis to offer a day of yoga,  awareness cultivation (meditation), breath work, mindful movement,  and  Yoga Nidra - all designed to nourish you from the inside out. 
Investment: £100 - includes vegan /vegetarian lunch(from Flour House) - Early bird - book before August 31st for £90.
