About the yoga retreat

A small group of a max of 8-12 people.

Enjoy a weekend of yoga and delicious food, prepared by Charly ( Flour House cafe- 10 Park Row, Bristol BS1 5LJ). Vegan and Gluten free options available ( let us know in advance).

Time in-between to relax or explore the beautiful North Devon Coastal path or take a dip.

I combine my skills and knowledge as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist to offer a holistic approach to yoga. I am passionate about taking yoga off the mat into everyday life, tools to manage life ups and downs.

Suggested Itinerary

Friday

5-7pm - arrive

6-7pm - Optional yoga

7pm - welcome 7pm

7.15pm - dinner (saved for you of running late).

Saturday

8 - 10am - Morning yoga proactive

10am - Breakfast 

2pm - Lunch - buffet style help yourself and optional pack lunch available at request if you want to go exploring for the day.

11-5pm Free time to explore the 30 acres of land to read, walk and rest or take a trip to visit Colvelley town (10 mins drive) or a sea swim (15 mins drive)

5-7pm Afternoon Yoga practice

7pm - Dinner

8.30pm - Yoga Nidra

Sunday

8-10am - yoga practice

10am - breakfast

12-1pm - closing practice
