Welcome to Discover Ease. My name is Josie - I am a mind-body therapist and mental health nurse with over 25 years experience in the NHS. I combine my skills to offer an empowering approach to healing, health and wellbeing please explore this website to discover how I can help.

Therapy

I can support you to find more ease in life, whether you feel disconnected, stressed, overwhelmed, or have a physical or mental health condition, find out how I can help.

I combine talking therapy with somatic awareness and practices. We will explore the role of the body, breath and mind in heel ing and find the wholeness that is inside all of us waiting to be discovered.

 

Yoga

A therapeutic and embodied approach to yoga. We focus on awareness of your body, breath and mind to experience a nourishing holistic practice.

Release tension, move energy and calm the mind. Leave feeling grounded, calmly energised and at ease as you step into your everyday.

Online classes and workshops, in-person day and weekend retreats.
