Life can challenge us in many ways, whether through a single event, early life experiences, trauma, or the gradual buildup of stress and challenges.

I offer a warm, safe, and compassionate space to explore what’s happening for you. My role as a  therapist is to walk alongside you, to explore and discover together. What helps is different for everyone, I draw on a variety of skills and trainings to make the sessions bespoke to your individual needs.

My approach to psychotherapy includes mind, body, heart, and spirit – healing happens when we bring all parts of ourselves into awareness with compassion and curiosity.
