SUPERVISION

Clinical Supervision – An Embodied Approach

I offer clinical supervision to any practitioners (trainee and experienced therapists, body workers, yoga teachers, nurses)  who are interested in exploring their client work or group dynamics in a holistic, relational, and embodied way.

Supervision provides a supportive, reflective space to explore your work, develop your practice, and maintain your own wellbeing. Together, we can think creatively about the dynamics, ethical dilemmas, therapeutic relationships, and the impact the work has on you as a therapist.

Drawing on my background as an Integration Psychotherapist, Yoga Therapist, and Mental Health Nurse, I bring an embodied and integrative approach to supervision. I invite supervisees to develop greater awareness of their own bodies and nervous systems, using somatic awareness as valuable information to support therapeutic understanding and clinical decision-making.

By cultivating self-awareness, compassion, and self-care, supervision helps sustain an authentic, grounded, and resilient therapeutic presence. Caring for ourselves is essential if we are to offer the best possible care to our clients.

I currently supervise Integration Psychotherapy students as part of their professional training and feel privileged to support them at this important stage of their journey.

Fees

  • Individual supervision: £60 for a 60-minute session (via Zoom)
  • Group supervision: Available by arrangement. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
