An embodied, therapeutic approach to yoga, a space to cultivate awareness with curiosity and compassion.
Classes weave together gentle movement, grounding breath work, and deep relaxation to calm the nervous system and restore balance. You’ll be invited to move in ways that feel nourishing and safe, supporting you to feel centred, at ease, and more resourced for everyday life.

Making time to relax and unwind is essential for wellbeing and can support sleep, immune system, and pain. This monthly online session offers a gentle, supportive space to nurture a flexible and resilient nervous system — all from the comfort of your own home.
Through mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and Yoga Nidra (the queen of relaxation), you’ll be guided to soften, slow down, and reconnect. Each session invites you to calm the mind, soothe the body, and restore balance from within.
Come as you are — settle in, exhale, and give yourself permission to rest deeply.
