I’m delighted to offer an in-person retreat day in Bristol — a chance to pause, reconnect, and reset.
Together with Travis, we’ll explore a nourishing blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and Yoga Nidra — all designed to support you from the inside out.
A 4 week course – Embody your Nervous system – FULL!
An embodied course exploring the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and the Vagus Nerve, designed to deepen understanding while offering a practical, and embodied experience of your unique nervous system.
Rather than learning only at a cognitive level, this course invites you to experience your nervous system from the inside out.
Over the 4 weeks, you will:
- Gain an understanding of the Autonomic Nervous System
- Explore the role of the Vagus nerve in regulation, connection, and resilience
- Learn Polyvagal Theory and the Polyvagal Ladder — and bring it to life
- Embody your nervous system states, rather than only learning about them
- Discover increased awareness and personal, practical resources to find nervous system flexibility
